Shan, Just a note to say "Thanks" for doing your job so well! I know that
I can always come to you for wisdom, support or limited whining (meaning 2
minutes max). I've struggled with words and what to say, but you've helped
me with that. As I get ready for Rome, I will be thinking a lot of why
this trip was made possible and the level of achievement to obtain it. I'm
going to leave my worries behind for a week and go enjoy life!! Thank you
